Ingredients
Milk( four cups)
Brown Sugar( one Cup)
Egg whites ( one cup)
Sugar ( one cup)
Cornflower( one fourth cup)
Butter( one fourth Cup)
Egg Yolk( one cup)
Procedure:
Mix brown sugar and milk altogether and stir continuously until the sugar melts. After that, mix cornflower and egg yolk in the milk and stir again for a while. Make it smooth. Add butter to this mixture. Stir again. Now grease a bowl with butter and pour the mixture in it. Bake it at 350 degree farenheight until it turns into brown. Now leave the pudding until it comes to the normal temperature. Keep it for hours in the fridge. Serve it cold. |
