Upright Position: This card represents a person who has been seasoned by loss and sorrow but has never sacrificed honor and dignity. She is dedicated and committed and expects the same from others. She has a keen sense of logic and judgment. She may have a stern exterior but is a helpful soul who is generous about the wants and needs of others.
Reversed Position: Reversed, the card indicates that the sorrows and disappointments have left the person bitter. The intentions of the person may not be honorable at all times. The person may even take sadistic pleasures in seeing others in grief – it may even indicate a vindictive nature. Her honest words may be at times too severe causing sorrow to others.
