But preparing cookies for friends at home adds to the fun and this factor is conspicuous by its absence in the store made cookies that seem quite impersonal and distant.

Try your hands at some and you might just come out with flying colors. They are easy to prepare and require relatively less time. Ingredients required are1/2 cup butter, 1 beaten egg, 11/2 cup flour, 3/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla or vanilla extract, 11/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 cup honey and 1 tsp. baking soda.
Prepare a light and fluffy consistency mixture by beating butter, sugar, honey and vanilla. Mix a batter prepared out of egg, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and Graham Cracker Crumbs. Shape 1-inch balls out of the dough and bake for a minimum of 8-10 min on a 350 degree heated oven till the edges of cookies turn slightly brown. Cool the cookies on a wire rack after removing them from the cookie sheets. Serve with other assorted cookies.
