Hmong New Year

Hmong New Year is celebrated with great funfair and festivity. People generally look forward the day with great enthusiasm and religious fervor. The Hmong New Year is a time of rest from harvest and work, a time for Hmong people to start new lives, new beginning. Its generally observed over a period of ten days with large family gatherings and live music.
